With 10+ years in hospitality and property management, I blend customer care with disciplined operations—coordinating vendors, organizing documentation, tracking invoicing and compliance, and ensuring the team has what it needs to deliver on time.

Raised in Los Angeles, California, I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written), which helps me communicate comfortably with our diverse residents, owners, and partners.  Day to day, I focus on preventing issues before they escalate, setting expectations upfront, and closing the loop so nothing falls through the cracks.
