This program is only available for 24 hours after you've signed your lease agreement. No Exceptions.
- For a one-time fee of $95, our technician completes a detailed move-in report of property condition for you. The report highlights any discrepancies and includes general pictures.
- Move-in assessment report is completed and shared with you prior to your move-in day.
- You also receive access to your own mobile application (MyWalkThru App) in order to document any "additional" discrepancies you might find within 2 days of move-in.
- These two move-in reports are used at the end of your lease to address any discrepancies and for any deductions from your security deposit. Use both reports to help prepare property for move-out and protect your deposit.
