Total monthly cost is all-inclusive; amounts are added to rent. If a feature doesn’t apply (e.g., no HVAC), the RBP fee is unchanged.
Can I opt out of the Resident Benefit Package?
The RBP is required for all T2M residents because it bundles essential protections and services. You can lower your monthly RBP cost by providing your own qualifying insurance policy.
How do filter deliveries work?
We ship the correct size(s) for your system about every 60 days. Install within 2 days to keep your HVAC efficient and air quality high.
How does credit building work?
We report on-time rent payments to help build your credit history (and can back-report up to 24 months in many cases).
What pests are covered with the add-on?
Coverage includes ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, wasps, and more. Requests and scheduling are handled online with a 30-day warranty.
